Please note that each batch of virgin hair is unique and no bundle of hair is exactly the same. This is the nature of virgin hair. Please review your order to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase before installing, due to sanitary reason there are no returns.

An advantage of virgin hair is that it can be styled and processed just like your natural hair; however, we do not guarantee any hair that has been chemically altered after purchase. If you must chemically alter your hair, we strongly recommend you seek assistance from a professional stylist and proceed according to the stylist suggestions.

Our hair is 100% Virgin Hair and must be co-washed (washing hair with a moisturizing conditioner) in order to transform the hair from its raw state to beautiful hair that’s ready to install. Co-Wash the hair BEFORE you make changes to hair (color, perm, etc.).

 How to shampoo your Forget Me Not Hair Company bundles.

 

1. Co-Wash the hair

2. Rinse bundles with cold water

3. Apply conditioner

4. Comb conditioner through the hair with a wide tooth comb

5. Rinse thoroughly with cold water

6. Let bundles air dry

7. Install

 

 

 

 

 

 

How to properly care for your Forget Me Not Hair Company closure or frontal

1. Due to the delicacy of a closure it is important to take extra care to prevent your closure from balding

2. Do NOT wash your closure vigorously or roughly

3. Gently comb closure

4. When bleaching of the knots please seek  professional advice

1. Use styling products minimally to avoid build up

2. Co-wash hair once or twice a week

3. Avoid alcohol based products to avoid drying out
